Taught by our head tutor Helen, one of our outstanding original graduates who has a wealth of experience that she passes on to her students. The Holiday Inn Express Milton Keynes is ideally positioned, and because of its closeness to junction 14 of the M1 it is just a short trip from Northampton, St. Albans, and North London.

I’m Helen and I’ve been a practicing reflexologist since 2007, & a tutor since 2014. Training with Wendy & Martyn at Three Shires in 2006 was a pivotal period in my life, as it absolutely cemented my passion for reflexology. They inspired me so much then, and continue to do so today. When the Level 5 reflexology course was introduced I wanted to know how I could convert my Level 3, and instead was asked if I would like to train and deliver Level 5 by joining as a tutor with Three Shires School! Once I had processed it all, I realised it made perfect sense to become immersed in the subject I love. For me, the biggest reward of teaching is watching the journey individuals take & realising their own passion for our amazing therapy. Of course it also keeps me on my toes (pardon the pun) with all the relevant knowledge on going. Whilst I don’t ‘specialise’ in any particular aspect within my own practice, I do focus on stress management, which in turn helps my clients to be proactive in coping with their own wellbeing. This can ultimately make a big impact to manage many chronic health concerns. Positive changes can be dramatic, but they can also be subtle. Either way, it is so gratifying to realise these results in my regularly treated clients. Being passionate & genuinely interested in people is a must to become a successful and empathetic reflexologist. Let me help you achieve this!
